First Day of School

Welcome Back, Hoover Families!
Here is important information for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 19th.
THIS IS A FULL DAY OF SCHOOL!
School Start Times
1st–5th Grade Students- School starts at 7:50 A.M.
- Breakfast will be served at 7:15 A.M.
- Student drop-off will be at Door 3.
- After 8:00 AM, students must enter through Door 1.
- School starts at 8:30 A.M.
- Kindergarten: Enter through Door 3.
- Full-Day Pre-K: Enter through the Preschool Building across the street.
- Half-Day Pre-K: Enter through Door 2.
Clear Bookbags Required
All students must have a clear bookbag.If your child does not have a clear bookbag, the bookbag will be left in the office for the remainder of the school day. Your child must bring it home and can not return with it.
Registration
We will NOT be registering students for school on Wednesday.Parents who have not yet registered their students will receive an appointment from the school secretary with a registration date and time.
Dismissal
Dismissal will begin at 2:40 P.M.- Bus riders will be called first and dismissed from Doors 2 & 4.
- Van riders & walkers will be dismissed next from Door 3.
- Car riders will be dismissed last from Door 5.
- All students should be dismissed by 2:50 P.M.
- All students should be pick-up by 3:00 P.M.
